2. Information we collect
- Contact details: your name and email address when you subscribe, unlock a calculator breakdown, request assessment results, make a purchase, or contact us.
- Calculator and assessment information: the workflow selected, estimates and answers you provide, calculated results, business context, workflow challenges, and preferences submitted through the calculator or free audit.
- Purchase information: product, transaction status, amount, and limited billing details provided to us by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Booking information: details you provide when arranging a call through Calendly.
- Technical information: basic information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs.
- Communications: messages and support requests you send to us.
3. Why we use your information
- To provide the workflow calculator, free audit and your personalised results.
- To understand in aggregate which workflow problems visitors are trying to solve and improve our resources and services.
- To deliver requested free guides, fulfil purchases, connect resources to your client library, provide protected downloads, arrange included calls, and offer support.
- To send the newsletter or other marketing only when you have consented; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To respond to enquiries, maintain records, prevent misuse, and keep the service secure.

4. Our legal bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before a contract; your consent for optional marketing; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and improving WorkflowClarity, provided those interests do not override your rights.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use trusted providers to run the service, including Stripe for payments, Calendly for bookings, MailerLite for email delivery, and website hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices or on our instructions. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses will be used.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Audit and enquiry records may be retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction; newsletter data until you unsubscribe or the list is cleaned; purchase and accounting records for the period required by Irish law; and support records for up to 24 months after resolution.
7. Cookies and similar technology
The current site does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential technology may be used to deliver and protect the website. Stripe, Calendly, MailerLite, embedded content, or linked services may set their own cookies when you use them. Their privacy and cookie notices apply on their services.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. WorkflowClarity is intended for business users aged 18 or over and is not directed to children.
