2. Information we collect

3. Why we use your information

4. Our legal bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before a contract; your consent for optional marketing; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and improving WorkflowClarity, provided those interests do not override your rights.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Stripe for payments, Calendly for bookings, MailerLite for email delivery, and website hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices or on our instructions. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses will be used.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Audit and enquiry records may be retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction; newsletter data until you unsubscribe or the list is cleaned; purchase and accounting records for the period required by Irish law; and support records for up to 24 months after resolution.

7. Cookies and similar technology

The current site does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential technology may be used to deliver and protect the website. Stripe, Calendly, MailerLite, embedded content, or linked services may set their own cookies when you use them. Their privacy and cookie notices apply on their services.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority.

9. Security and children

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. WorkflowClarity is intended for business users aged 18 or over and is not directed to children.

10. Contact and changes

To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, email privacy@workflow-clarity.com. We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
