Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the WorkflowClarity website, free assessment, digital products, and related calls.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

1. About us

WorkflowClarity is a product of Wo+Men In The Digital Age (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Registered business address:
Unit 2, 2 Bridge Street
Athlone
Westmeath
N37 V8N7
Ireland
Contact email: privacy@workflow-clarity.com

2. Using the website

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You may use the site and free assessment for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, or reproduce or resell our content without permission.

3. Free and premium resources

The free Audit to Action experience includes a personalised downloadable PDF guide, printable checklist, scorecards and planner within those resources, and one complimentary 45-minute Workflow Clarity Assessment Call. Our free practical guides include only the guide, templates or other items stated on their access page. They do not include implementation, custom software, a call, or ongoing consulting unless expressly stated. No credit card is required for free resources.

We may offer separate paid resources in future and may improve the content, formatting or delivery of all resources over time without removing access already granted.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe under its applicable terms. After successful payment, access to a premium guide is attached to the email address supplied at checkout and remains available through the WorkflowClarity client dashboard while the service operates. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping secure access links private. Contact us if you cannot access your purchase.

5. Cancellation, refunds, and faulty content

If you are an EU consumer buying online, you will generally have 14 days from the contract date to cancel, subject to legal exceptions. If you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may end your cancellation right once access begins, that right may be lost as permitted by law. Contact us to exercise a cancellation right or ask how it applies to your purchase.

If the content is faulty, not as described, or cannot be supplied, you may have statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights. To request cancellation or report a problem, email privacy@workflow-clarity.com with your name, purchase email, order date, and request.

6. Included calls

Where an offer expressly includes a call, it is booked through our Calendly link and is subject to availability. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you miss a call or give less notice, we may treat the included call as used, but will consider exceptional circumstances fairly. We may reschedule when necessary. Unless the offer states otherwise, an included call should be booked within 90 days. Premium guides do not include a call unless their purchase page says that they do.

7. Educational information, not professional advice

WorkflowClarity materials and calls provide general business workflow education and practical guidance. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Results depend on your circumstances and implementation, so we do not promise a particular business, revenue, time-saving, or automation outcome.

8. Intellectual property and licence

We retain ownership of our website, branding, guides, checklists, and original content. Access to the resources gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the materials within your own business. You may not share, publish, copy for distribution, sublicense, or resell them without written permission.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or business decisions made using the materials. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections.

10. Privacy, changes, and law

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. We may update these terms for future use of the service; the terms accepted when you purchased will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

These terms are governed by Irish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Irish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Contact

Questions, complaints, and cancellation requests can be sent to privacy@workflow-clarity.com. We will aim to acknowledge messages within five business days.
